Builder Homesite, a construction-company consortium, is running a broad-based Web campaign intended to convince homebuyers that only newly built properties are truly worth splurging on. The campaign from GSD&M features the tagline "Start fresh. Buy new." It includes a website, banner ads, SEO, social media marketing and an online sweepstakes.
