Ferran Adria is giving everyone access to his expertise with a new site titled La Bullipedia, which will feature recipes and techniques from his former restaurant, elBulli. "We are putting the combined knowledge of elBulli online where people can adapt and modify it, and draw inspiration from some of the most innovative recipes ever created," he said. "It’s a tool that gives information and knowledge. Then the cook puts in the soul." The site is scheduled to launch in 2015.
