Florida lawmakers should work to improve the no-fault auto insurance system rather than repeal the personal-injury-protection law, Gov. Rick Scott says. The state should allow time for the recent changes to the system to have an effect, PCI said. "PCI believes that the recent issuance of a temporary injunction against these PIP reforms has kneecapped the law's full potential," said PCI's Donovan Brown. "We support dialogue on how to properly address Florida's auto insurance issues."
