Fox looks to the cloud for master control system

The Fox broadcast network has shifted its master-control facilities to the cloud, executives said at the NAB Show in Las Vegas. The network has teamed up with Snell for the cloud-based technology, which, when it launches next year, will give operators the ability to use master controls from any remote location, said Robert Rowe, Snell's managing director of live TV.
