How Dannon developed its new low-sugar smoothies product

It took two years to formulate the cultures that would soften the tart taste in its Danimals smoothies, but Dannon's efforts paid off in the release of its newly formulated product with 25% less sugar, the company says. Research group Mintel predicts strong future growth in yogurt drinks aimed at children.
