Ignoring social media is ignoring your customers

Listening to customer feedback via social media can help you improve your business -- and ignoring it can drive customers away, Sprout Social CEO Justyn Howard says. Don't think of social media in terms of a return on investment, he says. "Social media is just a different form of communication that many customers have adopted as their primary means of communication," Howard says. "So when you don't listen and don't respond you lose those customers."
