SBA moves back deadlines for Sandy repair loan applications

The Small Business Administration is pushing back the loan-application deadlines for businesses affected by Superstorm Sandy to May 1 for New Jersey residents and April 13 for New York residents. The federal agency is offering loans of up to $2 million toward repairs or replacements not covered by insurance.
