Trash-collection measure might face vote in Mich. city

Voters in Jackson, Mich., likely will vote this summer on an ordinance that would require residents to use and pay for a city-chosen trash hauler, after a landlords association turned in 962 signatures requesting a vote. Currently, residents can choose from several trash services.
