Customers are using a mix of social media and bricks-and-mortar stores to investigate luxury fragrance and beauty products before they buy them, a new report from Premium Market Report finds. "The premium fragrance and beauty industry needs to up its game by developing multichannel choices and blending physical stores, online and mobile," said Imogen Matthews, author of the report.
