Utility goes to court over Mont. wind-power order

NorthWestern Energy is pursuing efforts to overturn parts of a Montana Public Service Commission order that could obligate the utility to buy power from new, small wind power projects. NorthWestern Energy said it can take in only so much wind power without affecting grid reliability. Independent wind power producers, however, say that NorthWestern is just trying to protect its monopoly.
