Why group bonuses are the way to go

Treating your employees as a group when it comes to paying out bonuses will foster collaboration and build loyalty, Robert Moskowitz writes. But, at the same time, you should also "leave room for people with more responsibility to earn a larger share of the employee group's total reward," he writes. The group itself may be able to decide how best to allocate the bonus, he writes.
