To address bullying at John Muir Middle School in Wausau, Wis., sixth-grade teacher Sarah Murphy spearheaded a yearlong, schoolwide anti-bullying campaign called "I Am Somebody." The program includes holding closed-door sessions where students speak candidly about bullying, showing weekly anti-bullying videos during announcements and teaching students to intervene when bullying occurs. "So far, the response has been unbelievable. I want this in every school," Murphy said.
