Cisco to take full control of Nuvoa Systems

Cisco Systems expects to complete by July a deal to acquire the remaining 20% stake of Nuova Systems, a data-center-technology company that Cisco paid $50 million for an 80% share in August 2006. The company said that it had invested a total of $70 million in Nuova, which was started by a group of former Cisco executives.
