Chefs at Barclays Center arena are winning over Brooklyn Nets fans with dishes inspired by the opposing teams' home towns. The arena's 40/40 Club and Restaurant has seen sales grow 25% since it began offering the geographically diverse menus that include Philly cheesesteak sliders on the night the 76ers play and Tex-Mex when Dallas is in town. "Some cities are a lot easier than others because they really have that signature dish like the Philly cheesesteak," said executive chef Timothy Hmay.
