Beckham ad stirs demand for penoplasty, but surgeon urges caution

Men's underwear ads featuring soccer star David Beckham have sparked demand for penoplasty involving autologous fat transfer, according to reports. But the procedure is not effective and poses risks, plastic surgeon Adam Hamawy says. "It looks very unnatural. It doesn't fix their problem," Hamawy said.
