Execs: Fox, Univision could go pay-only if Aereo prevails

Executives from News Corp. and Univision are warning that if the Aereo streaming service prevails in court, they might have to convert their over-the-air broadcast networks to cable-only feeds. Chase Carey, president and chief operating officer of News Corp., parent of the Fox network, said the company would "aggressively pursue" its copyrights in court. Switching to cable is "not a path we'd love to pursue. But we're not going to sit idly by and let people steal our content," Carey said Monday at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
