Lawmakers ask FAA to reconsider tower closures

Lawmakers from several states are asking the Federal Aviation Administration to find a way to avoid closing 149 air-traffic control towers. The FAA recently delayed the closure date until June 15. "We hope this delay will allow the FAA time to reconsider its decision, and we'll continue to work to make sure they do," said a group of Connecticut lawmakers.
