Lower Valley propane users to face higher bills

Propane users in Jackson Hole, Wyo., should expect higher bills this month, as Lower Valley Energy has raised its price by 19 cents per gallon. It is LVE's first propane price increase since November 2011 and is due to higher costs paid by the cooperative. "The only way we would make more was if we changed the cost of service part of the rate," said Jim Webb, LVE's president and CEO.
