Officials describe item that cleared Detroit terminal

Authorities say that the Detroit Metro Airport’s North Terminal was evacuated on April 1 after they found three electronic items duct-taped, wrapped and positioned together that appeared to be a possible bomb. The man with the items in his carry-on bag was cited for a misdemeanor.
