Okla. deputies rescue horses, dogs and more in neglect case

Thirty horse carcasses and 64 starving horses were found alongside 28 neglected dogs, a handful of goats and a chinchilla on a farm in Oklahoma where a woman previously convicted of animal cruelty for running a puppy mill says she was running a rescue. Local sheriff's deputies described it as the worst case of animal neglect they'd ever seen. The surviving horses have been relocated to a rescue where they will receive medical care.
