The owners and management of the Warsaw Stock Exchange are holding preliminary discussions with their counterparts at the Vienna Stock Exchange, sources say. "Creating one hub for the region would be a great opportunity for the company to grab investors' interest more efficiently than now," said Piotr Palenik, an analyst at ING Securities. "The key point is where the decision centre would be located after a merger.
