Is there a cure for senioritis?

It happens every year around this time: senioritis. To help avoid this annual waste of the second half of students' senior year of high school, Marc F. Bernstein, of Fordham University Graduate School of Education, suggests that 10th-grade students, parents and educators establish "three alternative educational plans for the remainder of the student's high school career: graduation prior to 12th grade, during the middle of 12th grade and at the end of 12th grade."
