Zambia police arrest gay-rights activist

Prominent gay-rights advocate Paul Kasonkomona was arrested by police in the Zambian capital after appearing on television to demand the decriminalization of same-sex relations. He was charged with "inciting the public to take part in indecent activities," a police official said.
