Domino's Pizza offers an online calorie counter that adjusts when customers tweak their topping choices, but moving those calorie counts for 34 million possible combinations to in-store menu boards to meet new federal requirements could prove incredibly complex and pricey. Pizza chains only book about 10% of their orders in person, industry executives say. "There's a million possibilities, so how are you going to package that on a single menu board? I don't think anyone's really answered that question," said Brian Ognian, vice president for 567-unit Hungry Howie's Pizza.
