Golf industry should use mediation, not litigation, to solve legal woes

When faced with a legal battle, members of the golf industry should do their best to avoid litigation and settle outside of the courtroom, according to members of the National Golf Industry Advisory Committee. By using an "alternative dispute resolution," parties can save time, money and avoid destroying business relationships, an unfortunate consequence which often happens during the lengthy and stressful process of litigation.
