Software company seeks strategy to target select industries

Jamie Lippay and Michael Bolton, co-founders of e-commerce software company Keyora, are changing their business model and want to find a way to attract attention from companies in three specific industries. They should start by talking to their existing customers to gather information, according to Barry Linetsky of The Strategic Planning Group. They should also go to trade shows and start giving speeches to build their credibility, experts said.
