Will Intel's Atom Z2580 processor be produced with 14nm features?

The Atom Z2580 processor, scheduled to go into production early next year, could be Intel's first commercial product to be made with 14-nanometer features, the SemiWiki website reports. Intended to support 4G Long-Term Evolution networks, the low-energy Atom Z2580 will likely find sockets in smartphones and tablet computers.
