Boston hotel chefs prepare carb-loaded meals for marathoners

Hotel chefs located near the Boston Marathon finish line are stocking up on runner-friendly fare in preparation for the thousands of participants that will descend on the city this weekend. Chef Laurent Poulain of the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel, who has been serving runners for 17 years, makes sure the menu includes plenty of carb-heavy meals such as oatmeal and pastas.
