Native American techniques and Colonial-era ingredients make up some of the treatments at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia, where visitors can experience rock massage and a slightly modified old-time recipe for rose balm. Lavender, corn, ginger and herbs make up other products used in the spa, all of them items Colonial women would have employed.
