More turning to apps to rent pricey goods rather than buy them

Wireless device users are increasingly turning to mobile applications to rent, borrow or lease expensive items such as houses, cars or sports gear rather than buying the items outright. Getaround, SideCar and Lyft are among the apps fostering the trend.
