Obama's 2014 budget plan includes $105M for asteroid mission

President Barack Obama's budget plan for the 2014 fiscal year includes $17.7 billion for NASA, with about $105 million going toward a mission to capture a small asteroid and place it in the moon's orbit for further study. The NASA budget would restore many of the sequestration's cuts, though it is about $50 million less than the agency's budget in 2012.
