Precast keeps condo complex quiet in Canada

Champagne is a 177-unit, five-building condo complex in Calgary, Canada. The buildings boast "an elegant French countryside design" and are built with insulated precast concrete -- a move that helps minimize noise which can disturb those moving from a single-family home to a more dense area. The coffered ceilings are a minimum of 8.5 feet high. The project was developed by Remington Development Corp.
