President gives Senate 5 NLRB nominees to consider

President Barack Obama named his nominees for the National Labor Relations Board, including two Republicans and the re-nomination of the existing Democratic chairman. "NRF supports a lawful, balanced and functional NLRB that upholds its responsibility for fairness and impartiality when it comes to union organizing and elections, and we truly hope that the president’s nominees are not just rubber stamps for one point of view," NRF Senior Vice President David French said.
