South Korea: North Korean missile launch "highly likely"

North Korea is likely to make good on its threat to test-launch a medium-range Musudan missile, South Korea says, and as a result, both South Korea and the U.S. have put troops on alert. "Based on intelligence we and the Americans have collected, it's highly likely that North Korea will launch a missile," Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se of South Korea said Wednesday.
