What does a city's size tell you about its parks?

Researchers Jon Christensen and Karl Grossner have studied how population size and social variables relate to the amount of parks and natural spaces in cities. Their research, which they are presenting at AAG's Annual Meeting this week, indicates that it's hard to find strong correlations between the distribution of parkland and these other variables.
