The historic 409-room Royal Palm hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., will be rebranded and managed by Denihan Hospitality Group, the hotel company owned by New York's Denihan family. "It's a market that really welcomes more independent and artistically minded brands," said Brad Wilson, Denihan's chief operating officer. "We think it's a perfect match for the James." KSL Capital Partners, which acquired the hotel from Sunstone Hotel Investors last month, plans to renovate it.
