Army's FY 2014 budget includes $2.3B for construction

The Army has submitted a $129.7 billion budget for fiscal year 2014, $2.3 billion of which is allocated for "military construction, Army family housing and base realignment and closure." Construction projects include include replacement of "failing infrastructure," reserve centers and training ranges.
