BlinkSight uses IMEC tech for transceiver chip

BlinkSight has developed a transceiver chip for applications in real-time location and wireless sensor networks, incorporating impulse-radio technology developed by IMEC. The fabless semiconductor company says the chip, which runs in the range of 1.5 volts to 3.6 volts, is meant for use in mobile devices, tags, wireless sensors and base stations.
