CIO advises caution before jumping on Big Data bandwagon

But in order to see value in the investment, organizations need to first examine whether their data is mature enough for such a move, identify what business problems the project will solve and be realistic about the challenges tied to the effort, writes Steve Huffman, CIO of Memorial Health System in Indiana.
