Companies plan to improve employee stock-purchase plans

As the job market strengthens, companies are making employee stock-purchase plans more attractive, a Fidelity survey found. Among respondents, 51% plan to change stock-purchase plans during the next two to three years. Of those, 31% will implement an employee discount, increase an existing discount or introduce a "look back" option for stock to be purchased at the lowest market price during a specified period.
