Costs: Only part of the picture when measuring wellness success

Employers should not focus solely on cost saving when trying to determine if their employee wellness program is successful, experts said. Keas CEO Josh Stevens said employee engagement and productivity are better wellness program barometers but added companies also should think about holistic wellness that people can access outside of the workplace or online.
