Different shopping channels used differently across product categories

Consumers shop for and buy different products in different ways on different channels, Forrester research shows. Different mobile platforms are used differently as well, with mobile phones typically used more on the go, while tablets are more often employed at home. In general, consumers are looking for more video in their digital shopping, and in-store visits remain important for certain categories of goods.
