Enthusiasm for space careers soars with student visit to symposium

Students attending the annual National Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colo., learned firsthand about some of the careers they could pursue in science and engineering. "It's a lot of fun, and the way he [teacher Tom Cole] made it sound didn't give it justice for how cool it is here," said high-school senior Nick Gibbs, who plans to become an engineer.
