Hooters waitress cites discrimination after brain surgery

A former Hooters server has filed a lawsuit that says the restaurant slashed her hours after she returned from brain surgery with short hair and a visible scar. The server was told she could continue working only if she wore a wig, which would have interfered with her recovery, the lawsuit says.
