Regular fish intake during childhood may ward off allergies

Eating fish regularly between ages 1 and 12 was associated with a 74% lower risk of developing allergy symptoms, according to a Swedish study. Some parents have grown wary of feeding children fish because of concerns over high mercury levels, and the American Pregnancy Association provides guidance on species to avoid.
