UN in deadlock with Syria over chemical inspectors

Talks with President Bashar al-Assad's government about sending United Nations chemical weapons inspectors to Syria have stalled, writes Louis Charbonneau. The UN believes "there is sufficient evidence to investigate both in Homs and in Aleppo," says a diplomat. The Syrian government has balked at allowing inspectors into Homs.
