How do you get concrete structures out of a 26-foot deep tank?

TAI workers used drills and a splitting cylinder and combi shear to remove reinforced concrete structures from the bottom of an underwater tank. The crew's challenge was to remove the structures without damaging the 66-foot deep tank or other structures. A truck crane was used to lift the sections to dry ground.
