Customers don't stop talking about bad service

New data show that bad customer-service experiences become widely discussed among the clients who get burned, and that 55% of customers will drop a company that treats them poorly, a report from Zendesk finds. Social media spreads good and bad news quickly: Some 58% of customers said they're more likely now than five years ago to share with others how they've been treated by a business.
