FCC gives some carriers more time to construct B-block networks

The Federal Communications Commission has allowed holders of 700 MHz B-block wireless licenses an extension until at least December to finish building 35% of their network's coverage area, a delay similar to one earlier granted A-block holders. The extra time only applies to carriers who have not yet filed construction notices for any of their B-block licenses.
