New page points to Twitter launching a music service

Twitter reportedly is set to launch a music-discovery application after debuting a new page on its site. Mike Isaac and Peter Kafka write that Twitter may use this weekend's Coachella music festival as a launch venue, although others say that could entail some risk. "[T]he festival is so overwhelming, inebriating, and exhausting that people might forget about Twitter music app posters seen between sets and might fail to download the app," Josh Constine writes.
